We use Bunny.net to deliver website files and run the contact-request endpoint, and Keitaro to record visits and route visitors to the appropriate page. These services may process your IP address, browser information, referring page, URL parameters, and a visit or event identifier. Tracking cookies or browser storage may be used to recognise a visit.
If a product page offers a contact form, submitting it is optional and requires your consent to be contacted. When you submit it, your name, phone number, visit or event identifier, submission time, technical IP and browser information, and processing status are stored in the leads_angola table in Bunny Database, which uses SQLite. Your name, phone number, country, and request identifiers are sent to Limonad so the request can be handled, and a service notification containing the request details is sent through Telegram to the authorised team responsible for follow-up.
The product page uses Meta Pixel and server-side Conversions API to report page views and confirmed contact requests automatically. Meta may receive the event time, page address, event identifier, IP address, browser information, and Meta cookie identifiers for measurement and to match browser and server reports. We do not include your name, phone number, health information, or product details in these Meta event payloads. Meta handles the information according to its own privacy policy; you can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings.
